The first time you make a purchase at Shoes4Fitness.com you will be directed to set up an account for payment. This will save your billing address for future purchases.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive two email receipts. The first one from Shoes4Fitness will indicate that we have processed your purchase. The second one from orders@shoes4fitness will contain a description of your purchase, along with all of your billing, shipping and payment information.
Finally, when we ship your products, you will receive an additional email from orders@shoes4fitness that describes the shipped products, method of shipping and an expected date for delivery.

We ship all of our shoes and accessories, USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges in the continental United States are, as follows:

- 1 pair - $6
- 2 pair - $9
- 3 pair - $11
- 4 pair - $12*
*Add $1 for each additional pair of shoes over four pairs ordered.

| Insoles: |
$2 for each pair
|
| Socks: |
$1 for each pair

Shipping charges for Alaska, Canada, Mexico and South America will be based on the weight of the order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your new shoes, please try them on, on a clean surface, to make sure they fit properly. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return the shoes, just follow the procedures below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN
30 DAYS OF YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.

- Check the “exchange for replacement item” box
- Fill out the “exchange/return item(s)” form
- Include a copy of the invoice, along with the “exchange/return” form
- Cut off the mailing label and attach it to your package.
You will not be charged for the shipping of replacement items. |

- Check the “return for refund” box
- Fill out the “exchange/return item(s)” form
- Include a copy of the invoice, along with the “exchange/return” form
- Cut off the mailing label and attach it to your package.

We will credit your account for the cost of the returned item, within one week from the date we receive your package. We do not refund the cost of shipping returns.
