The first time you make a purchase at Shoes4Fitness.com you will be directed to set up an account for payment. This will save your billing address for future purchases.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive two email receipts. The first one from Shoes4Fitness will indicate that we have processed your purchase. The second one from orders@shoes4fitness will contain a description of your purchase, along with all of your billing, shipping and payment information.
Finally, when we ship your products, you will receive an additional email from orders@shoes4fitness that describes the shipped products, method of shipping and an expected date for delivery.

For shipping to Canada $15 will be added to the above charges. An adjustment will be made to your invoice if the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount that you were billed. You will be notified by email if there are any additional charges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your new shoes, please try them on, on a clean surface, to make sure they fit properly. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return the shoes, just follow the procedures below.

- Cut off the mailing label and attach it to your package.
You will not be charged for the shipping of replacement items. |

We will credit your account for the cost of the returned item, within one week from the date we receive your package. We do not refund the cost of shipping returns. |
