In many instances, the size of your fitness shoes may differ from the size of your street shoes. To help you get the best fit, please use the following guidelines when making your purchase.

Aerobic Shoes, Crosstrainers, Aqua Shoes:
- Avia – Order same size as street shoes
- Ryka – Order a ½ size larger than street shoes
(If you wear a 6, order 6½)

Dance Sneakers:
- Bloch – Order 1½ full sizes larger than street shoes
(If you wear a 6, order a 7½)
- Capezio – Order a ½ size larger than street shoes
(If you wear a 6, order 6½)
- Sansha – Order 1 to 1½ sizes larger than street shoes
(Sansha shoes only come in full sizes. Therefore, if you wear a half size, first round up to the next full size and then add another full size to obtain the correct fit. For example, if you wear a 6½, you should order a Size 8.)
